Any news on Cho Oyu? As I understood it, winter was a secondary goal to opening a new route for tourists. Will they continue to try to open the new route in the spring season?

She never reached C4. She waited at C3. Sherpas fixed to C4 and set camp, then retreated and waited for the winds to subside to launch a summit push. It didn't materialize so they descended and finished the expedition. They should be on the trek out now.
